The initial consultation takes approximately 1 hour, and you can save time by printing and filling out our New Client Information Form prior to your initial visit. You can download the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader free if needed.

If you decide to continue with our services and have never experienced hypnosis before, if time permits, we can conduct a quick 15-minute hypnosis session to give you an idea of what to expect during your first hypnotherapy session.
